If the Pasta Meal Prep book wasn't an eBook I'm sure it would be quite a mess by now! We have used it so much. The spaghetti Bolognese recipe with the fresh herbs is a favourite and it's quick to add e.g. a bit of chicken to a zucchini sauce on the night if we feel like it. Having the sauces ready to go saves so much time and decision fatigue when we're busy, plus they are great to take camping. I purchased the 1 cup Souper Cubes freezer trays and they've been terrific.
